Needham advances Article 97 fix for Pollard's geothermal wells, OKs Warner Field pact. The committee also approved $15,295 for library young-adult-space work, $6,264 for Center at the Heights architectural services, and $272,717.66 for the Newman theater lighting upgrade, while staff outlined a $325 million Pollard cost estimate against a roughly $250 million bare-repair alternative that lacks MSBA reimbursement.
