Needham DRB Approves Signs for Two Businesses, Hears First Avenue Redevelopment Plan

Needham Design Review Board approves five signage and renovation applications and hears a redevelopment pitch for the long-vacant First Avenue corner at the Route 128 interchange. The board also reviewed a revised site plan for a Beth Israel Deaconess valet parking lot on Oak Street, finding the applicant had incorporated all four June comments, with a Planning Board hearing set for July 28.
