The commission, created under Section 2.12 of the town's General Bylaws following a 2024 Town Meeting vote, elected Allison Borelli as chair, citing her leadership of the predecessor study committee, with Lauren as vice chair and Brian as clerk, all by unanimous consent. The 1786 property, built by Joshua Lewis and later home to the family of illustrator N.C. Wyeth, has been on the market since the N.C.
